YourKenko Quick Guide
New Appliance Smell
Slight odor is normal at first. Rinse with warm soapy water and let it air out. Do not submerge or wet the plug area.
Chunky Nut Milk
- Fill to at least the MIN line
- Use proper nut-to-water ratio (min. 2 cups water)
- Press Nut twice for smoother results
Won’t Turn On
- Check outlet and power connection
- If screen shows “----”, unplug and replug
- Dry socket area with cool air if water entered
- Contact support if still unresponsive
Overflowing
Stay between MIN and MAX lines to prevent spills.
Error Codes
E1 – Temperature Sensor Error: This indicates a problem with the internal temperature sensor. Stop using the machine immediately and contact customer support for troubleshooting or repair options.
E2 – Lid Not Closed Properly: This means the lid isn't securely locked. Make sure it's aligned and clicked into place. If the error persists, unplug the machine for 30 seconds before restarting.
E3 – Overheating Protection: The machine has detected excessive heat (around 120°C / 248°F). Unplug the device and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before using it again.
E8 – Short Circuit Warning: This signals a system malfunction or electrical short. Stop using the machine immediately and contact customer service for assistance.
Heating But Not Blending
Motor may be faulty. Visit an authorized service center or contact support@yourkenko.com.
Self-Cleaning
- Add water + dish soap
- Run Self-Clean Mode
- Rinse and scrub with included brush
