Ingredients:
- 1 cup chilled soy milk (pg. 25)
- 1-2 Tsp matcha powder
- 1 Tbsp Torani sweet vanilla syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes to top
First make a paste base by pouring 1⁄4 cup cold premade soy milk into your favorite large cup. Add 1 tbsp matcha + 1 tbsp vanilla syrup and use the hand held milk frother to mix until solid green color. Ensure you move the mixer up and down until all the matcha disperses, no chunks. Add in the rest 3⁄4 cup soy milk and froth until uniform green mixture. Top with ice, enjoy!
