Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded unsweet coconut flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

 

Add all ingredients to your YourKenko Machine and select the Nut Milk function. Once the cycle is complete, strain the mixture using the filter bag. Be careful as it will be hot!

Note: Refrigerate if you prefer chilled coconut milk.
