With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll enjoy a warm, fresh batch that’s perfect on its own or as a base for lattes and smoothies. Add your favorite sweetener or enjoy it pure and simple.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp dried yellow soybeans, rinsed
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, a pitted date or your preferred sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Add all ingredients to your YourKenko Machine and select the Soy Milk function. Once the cycle is complete, strain the mixture using the filter bag. Be careful as it will be hot!
Note: Refrigerate if you prefer chilled soy milk.
